Make sure that your law mower is heavy enough to pull the style of plow you choose. Finally, find out whether the plow needs to attach to a hitch of a specific size. Select a hitch that is compatible with your plow.

Weld together two pieces of square metal tubing to create a t-shape. The horizontal tubing will add stability. The vertical tubing will allow you to attach the hitch onto which you can mount the plow.

Slide the base of the hitch into the vertical tubing which you have welded to the horizontal tubing. Drill a hole through the tubing and the hitch placed inside it. Place a hitch pin through the hole for security.
